Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or in Germany, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the German Civil Code (§§ 312g, 355 BGB). You have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

1.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear, unambiguous statement. You may do this by:

• Sending an email to: community@khakryonfrax.world with the subject line "Withdrawal – [Your Order Number]"
• Sending a written letter to: Khakryonfrax, Alte Schönhauser Str. 5, 10119 Berlin, Germany

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

2. Our Extended 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window. You may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be unopened and sealed (for hygiene and food safety reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned unless they are defective)
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Exceptions

The following items are excluded from returns under the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB (sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery):

• Dietary supplements that have been opened or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken

Please note: the statutory right of withdrawal is not affected for sealed, unopened products returned within 14 days.

5. How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at community@khakryonfrax.world to initiate your return. Include your order number, the reason for return, and whether the product is unopened.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.

Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods and confirmed their condition.

The full purchase price of the product will be refunded. Original shipping costs are refunded in full for returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at community@khakryonfrax.world. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at our expense.
